Bonn Germany and the Rhine River

Here we are in Bonn, on the banks of the Rhine River. birthplace of Beethoven and the 19th largest city in Germany. No new pictures today as we#re in an internet cafe. sorry for the typos.... the Y and Z are misplaced and all the symbols are screwed up too!!

the weather has been challenging the past three days, but luckily it seems to rain at night and not during most of the day. heather and i have got a pretty good system down for packing an repacking each day. we,re eating likes kings and queens with multiple fresh danishes daily. Ive als started sampling as much of the canned fish i can put my hands on...yesterday had some delicous smoked herring in oil... fantastic!!!

were heading south now down the river and will continue on this path until switzerland. should be harder to lose our way with a giant river on our side all the time! i imagine we,ll still get turned around a little bit.

still having an absolutely fabulous time. rode some real deal hills two days ago... pretty interesting with 75 pound bikes! heather did well as always, and i had to work hard to catch her!

hope everyone is doing well, we,re enjoying the comments yall are leaving as well, please keep it up! if anyone wants to go play with patch, youve got an open invitation!

peace, love, and fresh pastries....
Heather and Mitch
